OBS Systems was a great move for my company. I got started in 1986 when computers were very new to the auto supply world. We had two stores, so the inventory was separated but the accounts receivable was linked. My customers could buy at either location and it was on the same bill. Jim always adapted the system to meet my needs and just a phone call away and he always answered my call and fixed my issues quickly, but I have to say most of the problems were my fault. In the last 38 years Ii don’t remember been out of business very long. OBS is so easy to learn and operate. The payroll is a big plus for me. Purchasing is also the best part of the system saves me so much time and I can keep my stock in so much better condition. If I needed to have a new system I would buy it again.
